Power battery

I. product functions

1. Battery state establishment: including SOC, SOH and SOF.
  2. Battery parameter test: including total voltage, total current, monomer voltage test, temperature test, insulation test, etc.
  3. Battery safety protection and alarm: high-voltage control. When fault is diagnosed and reported by BMS to the vehicle controller and charging machine, the high voltage is cut off to protect the battery from damage.
  4. Battery consistency control: BMS collects monomer voltage information and achieves battery consistency by means of equalization.
  5. Charging control: slow charging and fast charging control of BMS.
  6. Online diagnosis: fault includes sensor fault, network fault, battery over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, insulation fault, etc.
  7. Thermal management function: the acquisition temperature of each point of the battery pack. During charging and discharging, BMS decides whether to turn on heating and cooling, so that the battery can work within the proper range of voltage and temperature.
  8. Network functions: including online calibration and health, online program download. CAN networks are commonly used.
9. Information storage: store key data such as SOC, SOH, abnormal events, fault code, etc.
